Where is the Pembina Valley?

The Pembina Valley encompasses a large area in south central Manitoba. It is bordered by the Red River to the east, the Manitoba Escarpment to the west, the United States border to the south and the City of Winnipeg and Highway #2 to the north. The Valley encompasses some 41 communities, all rich in culture, heritage and tourist related sites and activities.

Known as the “Golden Triangle”, the Pembina Valley region of southern Manitoba is situated in the “heart of the continent”. Set within some of the province’s richest agricultural lands, the Pembina Valley is a wealth of diverse culture, history, recreational amenities and tourist attractions.
